It was the third round of the 2023 Sentry Tournament of Champions held in Hawaii. In the final round of the tournament, Brian Harman makes a birdie on the par-4 16th hole. Due to the final results after four rounds, the winner of the Sentry Tournament is Jon Rahm who got a payout of $2,700,000. Brian Harman finished with Patrick Cantlay T16 and both of them won $241,000.

This tournament is the first PGA Tour competition in the new year. Harman was a player who finished 2022 in excellent form. In his last 7 starts, he hasn’t finished worse than T35th and has a 3rd place and back-to-back runner-up finishes to end the year.

Harman has played on that field twice before, albeit a long time ago, but he has a 3rd and 17th to his name. The course looked to be playing tough both years, which some people might argue would suit Harman better. He’s coming into this off the back of 8 consecutive rounds in the 60 seconds. Usually, Harman doesn’t go to overpower the course but he’ll make up for that with his approaches and signature short game.
